It is man’s ability to remember that sets us apart
We are the only species concerned with the past
Our memories give us voice, and bear witness to History...
So that others might learn...
And be warned of our failures

There are many ways to define our fragile existence
Many ways to give it meaning
But, it is our memories that shape its purpose...
That we are destined to confront the dark with the light...
The good with the evil...

This is what separates us, what makes us human
And, in the end... what we must fight to hold on to

Somos a única espécie que se preocupa com o passado
Nossas lembranças nos dão voz, e testemunham a História...
Pra que outros possam entender…
E serem prevenidos de nossos fracassos

Existem várias maneiras para definir nossa frágil existência
Várias maneiras de dar significado a ela
Mas são nossas lembranças que montam seu propósito...
É nosso destino confrontar a escuridão com a luz...
O Bem com o Mal…

Isto é o que nos separa, nos torna humanos
E, no final… é aquilo que lutamos para preservar
